Add milk, cinnamon, salt and pepper to the bowl and mix
Place a slice of bread into the mixture, allowing each side to soak for at least 20 to 30 seconds. Use a spatula or your fingers to flip the bread, being careful to avoid tearing it.
Use a frying pan and melt butter over high heat. Add the slice of bread and fry until both sides are golden brown.
Clean and cut the fruits, then add lime juice.
Cut the toast diagonally and serve with fruits, icing sugar and a little bit of honey or butter
