Healthy Banana Split
Split Bananas with Yogurt, Granola and Peanut Butter

OPTIONAL

coconut flakes

mint leaves
Instructions
Peel the banana and cut it lengthwise. Place the sliced banana on a plate, cut side down.
Add yogurt on top of the banana.
Sprinkle granola over the yogurt and add the blueberries.
Heat the peanut butter in the microwave for 15 seconds. Use a spoon to drizzle peanut butter over the dish.
OPTIONAL: Garnish with coconut flakes, cacao nibs and/or mint leaves.
