Instructions
Add the dates to a bowl. Cover with water and let soak for 30 minutes.
Add cashew nuts to a blender. Blend.
Add soaked dates and coconut oil. Add lime zest and juice the lime.
Add coconut flakes (1) and salt. Blend all ingredients. Optional: add cacao powder.
Add coconut flakes (2) to a plate or small bowl.
Roll the balls: take a bit of the date mixture and roll between your palms. Size should be as big as a ping pong ball.
Roll the ball through the coconut flakes and place on a plate. Keep in the fridge for one hour before serving.
Notes
You can store the bliss balls in the fridge for a few days or in the freezer for a few weeks.
