Instructions
Carefully open the cans of tuna, drain excess oil and transfer to a bowl.
Chop the red onion as fine as possible and add it to the bowl.
Add skyr, mustard, lemon juice and curry powder.
Chop the capers and add them to the bowl. Season with salt and pepper. Use a fork to mix all ingredients.
Notes
Serve on sourdough toast with slices of cucumber or a boiled egg.
