Instructions
Preheat oven to 175°C (350°F).
In a mixing bowl, combine flour, brown sugar, cinnamon and salt. Mix with a fork.
Chop the almonds and add to the bowl. Add butter and water. Mix again.
Line an oven tray with parchment paper.
Use a tablespoon or cookie scooper to form small balls. Place the balls on the tray, leaving space between them.
Bake in the oven for 8-10 minutes at 175°C (350°F). Remove from the oven when the edges of the cookies start to brown.
Cool down for at least 5 minutes before serving.
