Instructions
CHEDDAR CHEESE DIP
Melt the butter in a saucepan over medium heat.
Once the butter starts to bubble, add the flour and stir with a spatula.
Add the milk and whisk until the mixture thickens.
Add cayenne pepper, salt and pepper, and whisk again.
Add the grated cheddar cheese and whisk until melted.
(OPTIONAL) Add honey or another sweetener and whisk to combine.
NACHOS
Place tortilla chips in a bowl.
Add guacamole to the center.
Pour the cheddar cheese dip around the guacamole.
Top with pico de gallo and cilantro.
Notes
Make your own Pico de Gallo by chopping tomatoes, red onions, cilantro, lime juice and salt to a bowl. Mix and set aside for 30 minutes.
