Instructions
Wash and cut the apple and pear into slices. Pinch the clove buds into the pear slices.
Wash and cut the orange in half. Juice one half and cut the other half into small slices.
Add the pear and apple juices to a pot. Add the orange juice to the pot. Add the chopped fruits to the pot. Additionally, add the tamarind paste, cinnamon and cardamom pods. OPTIONAL: Add hibiscus syrup.
Warm everything over low-medium heat.
Cover the pot with a lid and let it simmer on low temperature for 30 minutes.
