red bell pepper

Instructions
Chop the red bell pepper in small dices. Chop the jalapeños as small as possible.
Grate the cheese and add to a tortilla. Make sure to spread it evenly.
Add the bell pepper and jalapeños. Add salt & pepper to taste.
Add another tortilla wrap on top and gently press.
Heat up a frying pan on medium-high heat.
Carefully slide the tortilla sandwich in the pan. Do not use any oil! Add a lid and fry each side 3-5 minutes or until brown.
Add the tortilla to a chopping board and cut as if you are slicing a pizza or a cake. Serve with your favourite dip.
