Instructions
Add olive oil to a pot and heat over medium heat. Cover with a lid and wait roughly 30-45 seconds.
Test the oil temperature by adding 2 popcorn kernels and covering the pot. The oil is ready when the kernels start to pop.
When they pop, add the rest of the kernels without removing the test kernels. Cover with the lid, leaving a small gap for steam to escape.
Wait until there is more than 1 second between pops, then turn off the heat.
Add smoked paprika powder and salt. Cover again and shake the pot well. Serve in big bowl.
