2tbspolive oil
500gramspadrón peppers
a bitkosher salt
Instructions
Rinse the padrón peppers under water to clean them. Set them aside.
Heat a large frying pan over high heat.
Add a little bit of olive oil to the pan.
Add the peppers and sear them over high heat for 2 - 3 minutes without moving them. Then stir occasionally and cook until the skins are blistered and slightly charred.
Add the peppers to a bowl and sprinkle generously with kosher salt.
