rice vinegar

ginger

cornstarch
Instructions
Add water and cornstarch to a mixing bowl. Use a whisk or fork to mix until smooth.
Heat up a saucepan on low-medium heat and add sesame oil.
Add the chili peppers, grated garlic and ginger, then stir with a spatula.
Add the rice vinegar, soy sauce and cornstarch mixture.
Stir the mixture continuously on low-medium heat.
When the sauce thickens, remove it from the heat and let it cool down for at least 10 minutes.
