90gramspopcorn kernels
3tbsptruffle oil
35gramsparmesan cheesegrated
salt & pepper
Instructions
Grate the parmesan cheese
Add olive oil to a pot and heat up on medium heat. Add lid and wait roughly 30-45 seconds
Test the temperature of the oil; add 2 popcorn kernels and add the lid. The temperature is right when the corn starts to pop.
When the popcorn pops; add the rest of the kernels. There is no need to remove the test-corn :-) Add the lid and leave a small gap to let the steam escape.
Wait until there is more than 1 second between each pop. Switch off heat.
Add parmesan cheese, salt and pepper. Add the lid again and give the pot a good shake. Let it rest for 30 seconds before serving.
