Ingredients
500gramsGreek Yogurt
1cucumber
1lemonlemon juice
a bunchfresh dillor use dried
a bunchfresh mint leavesor use dried
2clovesgarlic
1tspsalt
a bitpepper

Instructions
Grate the cucumber, add it to a bowl and sprinkle with salt. Let it rest for 15 minutes.
Use a sieve to drain the cucumber, pressing out excess liquid.
Add to a bowl the grated cucumber. Add yogurt, garlic and lemon juice. Mix well.
Chop the mint leaves and dill, then add them to the cucumber mixture. Stir it all together.
Keep it in the fridge for at least 2 hours. Serve with with olive oil and slices of cucumber and/or olives. Enjoy with pita bread or any bread you like.
Notes
*Sometimes I enjoy adding a touch of sweetness. If you like that too, you can add some honey.
