Instructions
SMOOTHIE
Add oats, milk, frozen banana, frozen mango, and shredded coconut to a blender. Blend until smooth.
TOPPING
Slice the banana, chop the nectarine and cut the passion fruit in halves.
Pour the smoothie mixture into a bowl.
Cover half of the bowl with granola and arrange the banana slices in a row.
Next to the banana slices, add the chopped nectarine, berries and passion fruit.
Sprinkle shredded coconut flakes and chia seeds on top of the banana slices.
Add a few mint leaves next to the passion fruit.
Notes
You can serve this smoothie bowl with any fruit you like. For this recipe I used my
Homemade Granola
.
