Açai Bowl with Granola

Ingredients
Smoothie Bowl
- 40 grams oats
- 2 tbsp acai powder
- 150 ml almond milk
- 1 banana frozen
- a couple of blueberries
Topping
- 3 tbsp granola
- 1 tsp coconut rasp
- a couple of blueberries
- a few cubes of mango
Instructions
- Add oats, acai powder, almond milk, banana and blueberries in a blender
- Blend until smooth
- Add mixture to a bowl, top with granola and your favourite fruits
Notes
The acai berry is a very delicate berry and therefore difficult for transportation. I have used a freeze-dried version but there are frozen purees available too. For this recipe I used my homemade granola recipe.
