Ingredients
 

Smoothie Bowl

  • 40 grams oats
  • 2 tbsp acai powder
  • 150 ml almond milk
  • 1 banana frozen
  • a couple of blueberries

Topping

  • 3 tbsp granola
  • 1 tsp coconut rasp
  • a couple of blueberries
  • a few cubes of mango

Instructions

  • Add oats, acai powder, almond milk, banana and blueberries in a blender
  • Blend until smooth
  • Add mixture to a bowl, top with granola and your favourite fruits

Notes

The acai berry is a very delicate berry and therefore difficult for transportation. I have used a freeze-dried version but there are frozen purees available too. For this recipe I used my homemade granola recipe.
