Peanut Butter Smoothie Bowl
Smoothie bowl with Peanut butter, Granola and Strawberries

Ingredients
SMOOTHIE
- 4 tbsp oats
- 2 bananas frozen
- 3 tbsp peanut butter
- 125 ml milk
TOPPING
- 3 tbsp granola
- ½ banana
- a few strawberries
- cacao nibs or chia seeds
- mint leaves
Instructions
- Add oats to a blender. Blend for 20-30 seconds
- Add frozen bananas, peanut butter and milk. Mix all ingredients for 60-90 seconds.
- Slice your fruits. Add the peanut butter smoothie to a bowl. Add a row of strawberries, then a row of banana slices. Repeat until half of the bowl is covered with fruit.
- Add a row of granola and a small row of chia seeds.
- Heat up a few spoons of peanut butter in a small heatproof bowl in the microwave for 10-20 seconds. Drizzle peanut butter stripes on top of the granola and chia seeds
- Add a few cacao nibs and some mint leaves on top.
Notes
You can serve this smoothie bowl with any fruit you like. For this recipe I used my Homemade Granola Recipe.
