Peanut Butter Smoothie

Equipment

  • blender

Ingredients
 

  • 2 tbsp peanut butter
  • 1 banana frozen
  • 2 tbsp flax seeds
  • 250 ml milk

OPTIONAL

  • 1 tsp cocoa nibs

Instructions

  • Add all ingredients to the blender. Blend until smooth.
  • Serve in a glass.
  • OPTIONAL: Heat up a bit of peanut butter in a bowl for 10-15 seconds in the microwave. Add some cacao nibs on top.

Notes

I am using my Homemade Almond Milk for this recipe but you can use any milk you like.
