Ingredients
- 2 avocado
- 1 red onion small
- 1 tomato small
- 2 limes
- a bunch cilantro aka coriander
- 1/4 tsp pepper
- 1/2 tsp salt
Instructions
- Slice the avocado lengthwise, remove the seed and scoop the avocado into a bowl.
- Chop the onion as fine as possible and add to the bowl.
- Cut the tomato into quarters, remove the seeds and chop the remaining flesh into small pieces. Add to the bowl.
- Squeeze the lime juice into the bowl.
- Chop the coriander finely and add it, along with salt and pepper.
- Use a whisk or fork to mix and gently mash the ingredients, leave some chunks for texture.
