Healthy Banana Split

Split Bananas with Yogurt, Granola and Peanut Butter

Ingredients
 

  • 1 banana
  • 2 tbsp skyr or yogurt
  • 4 tbsp granola
  • 1 tbsp peanut butter
  • a few blueberries

OPTIONAL

  • 1 tsp coconut flakes
  • a few mint leaves

Instructions

  • Peel the banana and cut it lengthwise. Place the sliced banana on a plate, cut side down.
  • Add yogurt on top of the banana.
  • Sprinkle granola over the yogurt and add the blueberries.
  • Heat the peanut butter in the microwave for 15 seconds. Use a spoon to drizzle peanut butter over the dish.
  • OPTIONAL: Garnish with coconut flakes, cacao nibs and/or mint leaves.
