Healthy Banana Split
Split Bananas with Yogurt, Granola and Peanut Butter

Ingredients
- 1 banana
- 2 tbsp skyr or yogurt
- 4 tbsp granola
- 1 tbsp peanut butter
- a few blueberries
OPTIONAL
- 1 tsp coconut flakes
- a few mint leaves
Instructions
- Peel the banana and cut it lengthwise. Place the sliced banana on a plate, cut side down.
- Add yogurt on top of the banana.
- Sprinkle granola over the yogurt and add the blueberries.
- Heat the peanut butter in the microwave for 15 seconds. Use a spoon to drizzle peanut butter over the dish.
- OPTIONAL: Garnish with coconut flakes, cacao nibs and/or mint leaves.
