Peanut Butter Smoothie
Smoothie with Peanut Butter and Frozen Banana

Ingredients
- 2 tbsp peanut butter
- 1 banana frozen
- 2 tbsp flax seeds
- 250 ml milk
OPTIONAL
- 1 tsp cocoa nibs
Instructions
- Add all ingredients to the blender. Blend until smooth.
- Serve in a glass.
- OPTIONAL: Heat up a bit of peanut butter in a bowl for 10-15 seconds in the microwave. Add some cacao nibs on top.
Notes
I am using my Homemade Almond Milk for this recipe but you can use any milk you like.
