Do you wanna be as strong as Popeye? Try this spinach smoothie with frozen banana and mango. It’s creamy, sweet and tasty. The mango and coconut flakes add a tropical twist to this easy peasy smoothie recipe. I have used almond milk for this recipe but coconut milk of just regular cow milk would work as well. Just add all ingredients to a blender and blend until everything is smooth. Add to a glass and top with a banana slice.

Ingredients
- 1 banana frozen
- 150 grams mango frozen
- 1 handful spinach fresh
- 3 tbsp coconut flakes
- 1 tbsp chia seeds
- 185 ml milk
Instructions
- Add all ingredients to the blender. Blend until smooth.
- Serve in a glass with a slice of banana on the rim.
Notes
I am using Almond Milk for this recipe but you can use any milk you like! It’s also delicious with Coconut Milk. Cut the fruits (Mango and Banana) before freezing. It will be easier to blender the fruits when chopped.
