Easy Quesadilla with Gouda Cheese and Jalapeños

- frying pan
Ingredients
- 4 tortilla wraps
- 120 grams gouda cheese grated
- 1/2 red bell pepper
- a few jalapeños
- salt & pepper
Instructions
- Chop the red bell pepper in small dices. Chop the jalapeños as small as possible.
- Grate the cheese and add to a tortilla. Make sure to spread it evenly.
- Add the bell pepper and jalapeños. Add salt & pepper to taste.
- Add another tortilla wrap on top and gently press.
- Heat up a frying pan on medium-high heat.
- Carefully slide the tortilla sandwich in the pan. Do not use any oil! Add a lid and fry each side 3-5 minutes or until brown.
- Add the tortilla to a chopping board and cut as if you are slicing a pizza or a cake. Serve with your favourite dip.
