Buongiorno a tutti! This easy gnocchi recipe is ready within a couple of minutes. In this post I will share with you how to prepare gnocchi. I love the mix of the salted butter and sage, and used salted butter from the brand Kerrygold. Gnocchi with sage and butter is one of those dishes that feels special, without spending hours in the kitchen.
For this recipe I used fresh gnocchi from the store. But you could also make gnocchi from scratch if you prefer. It’s important to give the gnocchi a quick boil in salted water, as in that way they cook through. Please be careful and don’t overdo it, or you will end up with a potato mash.
This recipe is perfect for a weekday dinner or for any moment you are short on time but still want something delicious. Hope you like this easy gnocchi recipe as much as I do!
