Crispy Almond Cookies

Ingredients
- 30 grams flour
- 65 grams brown sugar
- 30 grams butter softened
- 30 grams chopped almonds blanched
- ¼ tsp cinnamon
- 1 tbsp water
- a pinch salt
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 175°C (350°F).
- In a mixing bowl, combine flour, brown sugar, cinnamon and salt. Mix with a fork.
- Chop the almonds and add to the bowl. Add butter and water. Mix again.
- Line an oven tray with parchment paper.
- Use a tablespoon or cookie scooper to form small balls. Place the balls on the tray, leaving space between them.
- Bake in the oven for 8-10 minutes at 175°C (350°F). Remove from the oven when the edges of the cookies start to brown.
- Cool down for at least 5 minutes before serving.
