Easy Tuna Spread without Mayonnaise

- Mixing bowl
Ingredients
- 2 tuna small cans (with oil)
- 1 red onion
- 2 tbsp capers
- ½ tsp mustard
- 3 tbsp skyr or yogurt
- a bit curry powder
- a bit salt & pepper
- 1 tbsp lemon juice
Instructions
- Carefully open the cans of tuna, drain excess oil and transfer to a bowl.
- Chop the red onion as fine as possible and add it to the bowl.
- Add skyr, mustard, lemon juice and curry powder.
- Chop the capers and add them to the bowl. Season with salt and pepper. Use a fork to mix all ingredients.
Notes
Serve on sourdough toast with slices of cucumber or a boiled egg.
