Whiskey Cocktail with Egg White and Lemon Juice

Equipment
- Cocktail shaker
Ingredients
- 60 ml whiskey
- 120 ml sugar syrup
- 40 ml lemon juice
- 1 egg
- ice cubes (big)
GARNISH
- cherry
- orange slice
Instructions
- Separate the egg and add the egg white to a small bowl or glass.
- Add the sugar syrup, lemon juice, egg white and whiskey to the shaker. Shake for about 15-20 seconds.
- Add ice cubes to a shaker and shake another 15-20 seconds.
- Add a few ice cubes to a glass. Pour the mixture through a strainer into the glass. Garnish with a cherry and an orange slice on a skewer.
