How to Make a Charcuterie Board

Equipment

Ingredients
 

CHEESES

  • 200 grams brie
  • 250 grams camembert
  • 200 grams manchego
  • 250 grams gouda

FRUITS

  • 400 grams grapes
  • 3 figs
  • 200 grams olives

NUTS

  • 200 grams almonds
  • 150 grams cashew nuts
  • 80 grams mini pretzels
  • 50 mini crackers or mini toasts

OPTIONAL

  • rosemary sprigs

Instructions

  • Place a small bowl in the center of the board for the olives. Arrange the cheeses around the board. Cut a few slices from each cheese to make them more inviting.
  • Create a line of 10-15 crackers on the board.
  • Cut the grapes into small bunches and place them between the cheese and crackers.
  • Slice the figs and add them to the board. Fill the bowl with olives.
  • Fill any empty spaces with nuts and pretzels.
  • Add cocktail skewers and a small cheese knife. Optionally, add rosemary sprigs for garnish.
