Pan Con Tomate

Hola hungry amigos! If you would ask me, I would say this pan con tomate recipe is thé best Spanish breakfast. In Spanish, it’s called tostadas and they are traditionally served as breakfast, but it’s sometimes served as a snack or as a tapas.

It’s made with toasted bread, garlic, grated tomatoes, olive oil, salt and pepper. I love upgrading it with a bit of canned tuna. But also like it with a few slices of Manchego cheese or some sliced green olives. Simple but delicious 🙂
