Ingredients
- 100 grams popcorn kernels
- 3 tbsp olive oil
- 1 tsp smoked paprika powder or BBQ seasoning
- a bit salt
Instructions
- Add olive oil to a pot and heat over medium heat. Cover with a lid and wait roughly 30-45 seconds.
- Test the oil temperature by adding 2 popcorn kernels and covering the pot. The oil is ready when the kernels start to pop.
- When they pop, add the rest of the kernels without removing the test kernels. Cover with the lid, leaving a small gap for steam to escape.
- Wait until there is more than 1 second between pops, then turn off the heat.
- Add smoked paprika powder and salt. Cover again and shake the pot well. Serve in big bowl.
