Tzatziki is a Greek cucumber dip that is made with yogurt, shredded cucumber, garlic, lemon juice, salt and fresh herbs. I have used Greek yogurt to make this dip, as it gives that creamy, thick consistency you want for your tzatziki.
I like to make this dip in summer, and it’s always a hit with my friends 😀 I love serving it during a picnic or grill party because it’s refreshing and full of flavour. It goes well with many types of fish, ciabatta or pita bread, and also with baked or steamed potatoes. Hope you enjoy it as much as I do!
