Crodino Spritz

In this post I show you how to make a Crodino Spritz. It’s one of my current favourites, made with Crodino, an Italian non-alcoholic aperitif that is quite popular in Italy. The drink is bittersweet and has a very unique flavour and it’s something I recommend anyone to try!

For this recipe I am using a non-alcoholic prosecco from Kolonne Null. Fun fact: they are based right here in Berlin. You can also use non-alcoholic sparkling white wine or even tonic water if you are unable to find a non-alcoholic alternative.

For garnish, I used thyme and grapefruit, but blood orange works great too. I gently heated the thyme by moving a lighter flame over the leaves, which helps intensify its flavour. I hope you enjoy this sparkling sweet-bitter mocktail as much as I do!
