Mango Lassi

This easy mango lassi recipe is the perfect refreshing drink and ready within a few minutes. All you need is frozen mango, yogurt, and a bit of milk to create a cold and sweet treat. Add a touch of cinnamon or cardamom for an unique twist.

Equipment

  • blender

Ingredients
 

  • 200 grams mango frozen
  • 225 grams yogurt
  • 2 tbsp honey
  • 125 ml water

OPTIONAL

  • cinnamon or cardamom

Instructions

  • Add frozen mango, yogurt, honey and water to a blender.
  • Blend until smooth.
  • Serve in a glass with a few slices of mango on the rim.

Notes

OPTIONAL:
Sometimes I add a pinch of cinnamon or cardamom to my Mango Lassi for extra flavour 🙂
